Immersion Assembly!

Term 2 Immersion Assembly!

Today me and team 5 got ready for immersion. How did we get ready? Mrs Tele’a told us that team 1 teachers are gonna be targeting the little aged audience members rather than the team 5 students, they will be trying to make team 1 laugh not us. After that we got in Boy girl lines and walked to assembly.

Mr Burt explained that this term team five is going to be learning about the galaxy. We might be learning a lot of facts about planets temperatures or the all of the planets. I hope we have fun!

Then we watched the teachers act/movies. They were all great but I think that team 5 won for sure ( not because i’m part of team five) . The reason is because they were embarrassing themselves and at the same time they acted. They had a really good idea, All of the teachers were on a magic school bus. And the Magic School Bus was a teleporter that teleported around the galaxy. My favorite teacher that acted is Mrs Tele
’a. When the planet was hot she rolled up her sleeves and acted hot, And when it was cold she had a scarf and sang the ice song.

All of the teams did this : Team 1 - where does the sun go at night? Team 2 - the earth, the sun and the moon, Team 3 -Rona and the moon Team 4 - the 4 earth systems, Team 5 - on the magic school bus, travelling between planets. This year's term 2 is probably one of the best Immersion Assembly so far.
