How are cows bad for the environment? Deforestation, Cows wastes and greenhouse effects. This essay will explain more about deforestation, cow waste and greenhouse effects.

Deforestation is when you cut down trees or forests. Deforestation can cause climate change because trees consume carbon dioxide. Deforestation will affect cows because cows eat grass so this is part of why people are cutting down trees.

Are cows bad for the environment? Well yes when you eat them no. When cows pass gases they release methane. And methane gets trapped inside earth and makes a blanket for earth. And if methane keeps getting trapped the earth will keep getting hotter. Methane only stays for a decade in earth atmosphere.

The methane then causes climate change. Now if there are no trees because the cows need grass then trees won’t absorb carbon dioxide so earth will keep getting hotter. And if there are trees and no grass then  cows die out of hunger. So it is a lose lose. Cows are bad for the environment.

To prevent this you can eat less dairy food and eat less cows.  You could add lemongrass to your cows grass, to reduce cows gases. It would be great if you did those things.

Immersion Assembly

Hello, On monday I went to an immersion assembly with my classmates. The immersion assembly was about team one teachers , team two teachers, team three teachers and team four teachers. Team 5 teachers did an awesome act. This writing will explain more about what happened one monday.

Team one teachers then an atoshings film was about them recreating famous art creations.

It was without a doubt very funny. It was really creative that they thought of that. They tried their very best. Team one teacher did magnificent.

Team twos teachers or Mrs Gaston drew the team 2 teachers' faces because they were too shy to show their faces. Mrs Gaston used shapes, online art, Rangoil and Pacfic art. It was very good. My favorite has to be the Rangoil because Rangolis' purpose is to show strength and generosity. Team two teachers were awesome.

Team 3 teachers did some messy art. It was really cool, they used colourful colours. But in the end it somehow turned into a rainbow. I don’t know what to call the items they used but it looks like a  colourful thing that you can put water in it then squirt it back out. Team three’s one was very colourful.

Team 4 teachers did great. They somehow forgot because they had so much fun on their holiday that they forgot. So they went to google meet to discuss what they were gonna do and google meet forturenly has a recording function. So they recorded a video of them discussing it. Mrs Tuia had a very good Idea but i don’t think the other teachers liked it, Her idea was to get the kids to paint with their chromebooks. I don’t see why they didn’t like it. So they just drew something on paper and showed what they drew.

Team four teachers did a nice and simple act. They all pretended they were in a museum. Mrs Stone was a chili from Chile, Mrs Tele’a was a warrior, Tyson was a warrior fan, Mr Huges was a shape guy, Ms Va'afusuaga was the tourist filling in for Ms Tapuke because she was sick, And Mrs Moala was a tourist guide . Team teachers did the best because I am very modest.

The Battle of the Shark and the Octopus

 In the dark ages there was a figan god named Takuaka. And he was the guardian of the reef. He was jealous of the other guardians. So he fought the other guardians and he always won until one day an old friend told him there was a great warrior. He quickly got there. When he got there he saw an octopus they fought and the octopus wrap around him tightly so he could tell that he would die. So he gave up, that was the first ever time he gave up. He begged ‘ please, if you let go I won’t hurt people ever again.
