Decimal Fractions - Level 1& 2

 

Task Description: Kia Ora Today me and my friend Lincoln did some converting fractions and decimals, Mixed Fractions and also improper and proper fractions the hardest things for m are just decimal converting and some mixed fractions. But I bet with a little more of learning I could master these fractions easily. I'll of course be doing more of this kind of pre-algebra. 

I hope I can keep improving, I'll keep doing my best I can do.

Task Description: Kia Ora, Today I just finished mastering equivalent fractions. I just notice that the other people are doing a different assessment then me. It turns out that I did the wrong task :/ This task is much more easing then I started. I really like fractions now that I actually used my brain.

Smashing Fraction

 

 

Task Description: This was my Smashing Fraction on introduction, Since i'm bad at fraction I did the easy level to complete it faster. Although I take 5 - 10 seconds to figure them out, I really like fractions. I am improve gradually.

Task Description: Hello today I learnt how to convert Mixed fractions and improper fractions. Although it was easy each one of them take me about 10s-20s to complete. I'd like to get more comfortable using fractions in the future. I am gonna keep improving. Have a good day!

Equivalent Fractions

Task Description: Kia ora, today at home I learnt about equivalent fractions. A little of the question were hard to do since I had no teacher to explain to me what a the numbers meant. But I did some research on google and tried to do my best! If I did do anything wrong please correct me. I defiantly think that fractions is the most confusing basic operation for me so far.  WALT: We are learning to find fractions of a whole and set. We are learning to add and subtract fractions with different denominators.

Task Description: Hello today I learnt more about Fractions! I hard some trouble with some of them but I got through it. The hardest section was the ending section. One of the things that helped me the most with this task was concentration because I needed to focus on each separate question. I enjoyed doing this and I'm gonna be doing more recaps in the future.

Maths Olympics!!!

 

Task Description: Hello, Today me and my maths class did a maths tournament type of thing. You had to figure out the answers to the maths questions, Every answer you get you also get points. I think my group which had Myself, Aaron, Nina, Valessa and Kiarah won ( The reason I think my group won is because I got sick and went home but before I went home I check the leader board and we were 200 points ahead everyone, 200 is a lot of points )  . In the question above me we had to figure out a answer that had no numbers that the question had. My friend Aaron solved it. In this maths session we had to cooperate and use active listening. Task Description: Today me and my class did a fraction recap. I forgot most of the things because last time I did fraction were 1 and a half years ago. We used a lot of think because we did not know what a improper was. I learnt how fractions are similar to decimals. I also worked with my friend Bradley. Task Description: Hello today I did a recap on maths graphs. I found the last questions confusing but My teacher Mrs Stone helped me out. We learnt about Line Graphs, Pie Graphs, Bar graphs and Histograms. Learning these graphs was really helpful because now I can tell the average kids in every class in our school. ( Which Is about 25-30 )
